Terms of Listing

These terms apply specifically to creating and maintaining a listing on TAD. They are in addition to the general Terms of Service.

Who may apply

Any eligible individual, business, ministry, professional, service provider, author, speaker, musician, product creator, or organization may apply for a listing, provided the listing and its owner meet TAD’s eligibility requirements and are consistent with the 28 Fundamental Beliefs of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Listings must represent a real, active entity, individual, product, or service.

Acceptable listing types

Listings must fit within one of TAD's published categories and describe an actual business, ministry, product, service, or professional activity.

Prohibited content and listings

  • Content that is unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or infringes on others' rights
  • Listings that misrepresent identity, credentials, or affiliation
  • Adult, gambling, hate, or violent content
  • Multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes
  • Content unrelated to the represented business or ministry

Accuracy requirements

You warrant that all information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to submit any logo, photo, or content included in your listing.

Review and approval

Every submitted listing is reviewed by a TAD administrator before it becomes publicly visible. TAD aims to complete Human Review within approximately 24 hours, although review times may vary. TAD may request changes before approval.

TAD's right to reject, suspend, or remove listings

TAD may reject, suspend, or remove any listing at its sole discretion — including for violations of these terms, inaccurate content, complaints from third parties, or nonpayment. TAD will make reasonable efforts to notify the listing owner.

Keeping your information current

You are responsible for keeping your listing information accurate and current, including contact information, website links, and descriptions.

Expired or unpaid subscriptions

If your subscription expires or otherwise ends after the current paid billing period, your listing will be hidden from public view but will remain associated with your account. Cancelling a subscription does not immediately affect your listing; it will remain active through the end of your current paid billing period, provided it continues to comply with these Terms of Listing and other applicable requirements. If a payment becomes past due, TAD may restrict or suspend public visibility until payment is resolved. You may reactivate an eligible listing by restoring the required paid subscription. Reactivation restores the existing listing rather than requiring you to create a new listing, subject to TAD’s current review requirements.

Human Review and Verification are not endorsements

Human Review means a listing has met TAD’s baseline requirements for publication. Verification is an additional process based on information and references available to TAD. Neither Human Review nor Verification constitutes an endorsement, certification, guarantee, or recommendation of the listed party, its products, or its services by TAD.
