Use of the service

By using TAD you agree to use the service lawfully, not to interfere with its operation, and not to attempt unauthorized access to any part of the platform.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your login information secure.

Pricing & promotions

Prices are stated in U.S. dollars (USD) and are displayed on the Pricing page and at checkout. TAD does not offer free trials or charge setup fees. Promotional offers or discount codes may be offered from time to time and are subject to their stated terms, including any eligibility requirements, expiration dates, or renewal pricing disclosed with the offer.

Payments & subscriptions

Paid plans are subscription services billed monthly or annually through our payment processor. Your subscription begins when your payment is successfully completed and automatically renews at the applicable billing interval unless you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled renewal date. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the payment method provided at checkout to be charged for the initial purchase and each subsequent renewal.

You may manage your payment method, view billing information, and cancel your subscription through your TAD Billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. To avoid the next renewal charge, cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before the scheduled renewal date. After cancellation, your listing will remain active through the end of your current paid billing period, provided it continues to comply with TAD's Terms of Listing and other applicable requirements.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. TAD does not collect or store your payment card information. If a payment or renewal cannot be successfully processed, TAD may restrict or suspend the associated paid service until payment is resolved.

Refunds

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. TAD does not otherwise provide refunds or credits for subscription payments, including for partially used billing periods.

Termination

TAD may suspend or terminate access to the service, or remove or unpublish a listing, for violations of these Terms of Service or the Terms of Listing. Suspension, termination, removal, or unpublishing for a violation does not entitle the subscriber to a refund or credit for any unused portion of a paid subscription.

Disclaimer

TAD takes reasonable steps to support the integrity and relevance of the directory, including human review of listings and TAD's verification process. However, verification is based on information and references available to TAD and is not a guarantee or endorsement of any listed member, business, ministry, service, product, or representation made by a listed member. Users are responsible for exercising their own judgment when interacting or doing business with listed members.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties to the extent permitted by applicable law. TAD is not responsible for the actions, conduct, products, services, or content of listed members.

Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
